reader-text-block__paragraph\">El 83% de los empleadores ya han implementado medidas de DEI, un aumento significativo respecto al 67% en 2023, con una adopci\u00f3n particularmente alta en el<span class=\"white-space-pre\"> <\/span><strong>95% de empresas con m\u00e1s de 50,000 empleados.<\/strong><span class=\"white-space-pre\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember3472\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">En contraste, las organizaciones de ingresos medios-bajos (75%) y las peque\u00f1as empresas (73%) muestran menor implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div
